Teratoma is a germ cell tumor usually occurs in young people, it is derived from germinal layers and main sites of this tumor are ovary. Few cases have been reported with teratoma of uterus in English literature till now. We want to describe a mature teratoma of uterus with aggressive behavior in 24-year-old women.
